Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Tidal Systems LLC collects when you use BlackBird Terminal, and why.

What we collect

• Account: your email address and the public address of any wallet you connect or sign in with.
• Billing: if you subscribe to BlackBird AI, Stripe processes your payment. We receive your subscription status, billing email and card brand/last four digits; we never see or store full card numbers.
• Usage: basic logs and analytics (pages used, device and browser type, errors) to run and improve the Service.
• On-chain data: transactions you sign are public on the Solana blockchain by nature. We don’t control that record.

We never ask for or store your private keys or seed phrase. Anyone who asks for them is not us.

How we use it

• To provide the Service, sign you in and show your subscription status.
• To bill subscriptions, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.
• To send service emails (receipts, security and policy notices). Marketing emails only if you opt in.

Who we share it with

Service providers that run the Service for us: hosting (Vercel), database and authentication (Supabase), payments (Stripe), and blockchain data providers. They may only use the data to provide their service. We don’t sell your personal information. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Retention and your choices

We keep account data while your account is open and as needed for legal, tax and fraud-prevention reasons afterward. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data by emailing support@blackbirdterminals.com. Deleting your account does not remove public blockchain records.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure.

Children

The Service is not for anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.
